Elevate Your CSGO Game Streams with a FREE Headshot Counter Overlay!
Are you a dedicated CSGO streamer looking to enhance your viewer's experience? Look no further! I am thrilled to introduce the FREE Headshot Counter Overlay, designed exclusively for Counter-Strike Global Offensive enthusiasts. Whether you're using OBS, Streamlabs OBS, XSplit, or any other live streaming app that supports browser sources, the overlay is designed to seamlessly elevate your CSGO streams.
Before proceeding, please ensure that your CSGO game is correctly installed in the following location on your Windows machine, as this installation/configuration is currently supported:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive
While the following steps are specific to the OBS app, you can consult your live-streaming app's documentation for similar instructions tailored to its interface.
Download the zip file and extract the executable file.
Start OBS (Live Stream app) and open the CSGO game.
Execute the downloaded file.
A command prompt window will appear, prompting you to enter your Steam player name (SteamID). Ensure that you enter this information correctly; it must match your existing Steam game player ID for the overlay to function properly.
Upon successful execution, you will see a success message on the screen.
You'll also receive a URL that you need to add as a Browser source in your Live Stream app scenes.
Take a look at the overlay:
As demonstrated in the video, you have the option to utilize OBS blend modes tailored to your preferences.
Additionally, below is the custom CSS code featured in the video, which you can apply to achieve a transparent effect for the counter (optional):
Your support will help me develop and expand this project further. Thank you!
This link directs you to a Google Drive download of the app executable in a .zip file. Please note that there are daily download limits in place. If you encounter any issues, we recommend trying again later.
NOTE: Closing the Command Prompt Window will deactivate the overlay. Please keep it running while you are streaming.
